Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 6, 2026

This policy explains what personal data is collected when you visit this website, make an enquiry, or book a call, and what happens to it.

1. Who is responsible

The controller of your personal data is Lev Yadovin, operating this website. Contact: lev.yadovin@outlook.com.

2. What data is collected

When you book a call: your name, email address, company name, chosen time slot, the video platform you select (Zoom or Google Meet), the email addresses of any guests you add, and the description of your challenge that you write in the booking form. When you send an email: your email address and the content of your message. When you visit the site: technical data such as your IP address, which the hosting provider processes to deliver the site and keep it secure.

If you add a guest, please make sure they are aware that their email address was shared. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the free-text field.

3. Why it is used

Your data is used to answer enquiries, schedule and hold consultations, and keep a record of communication. The legal bases are steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the legitimate interest in running a business (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Who receives it

Calendly: booking and scheduling. Zoom or Google Meet: the video platform you choose for the call. Microsoft Outlook and Google Gmail: email communication. Cloudflare: website hosting and delivery.

Booking details (name, email, company, and your description) are also saved in a spreadsheet file stored on the controller's own computer. Some of the providers above may process data outside the European Economic Area, using safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. Your data is not sold.

5. How long it is kept

Your data is kept for up to 24 months after the last contact, or longer if a contract or a legal obligation requires it. After that it is deleted.

6. Cookies

This website itself does not use analytics or marketing cookies. The booking page embeds a calendar widget provided by Calendly. When it loads, Calendly and its service providers may set cookies or similar technologies on your device, for example to make the booking form work and to monitor its performance. Calendly presents its own cookie notice, where you can manage your choice. You can also delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. How Calendly handles cookies is described in Calendly's own privacy and cookie notices.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email lev.yadovin@outlook.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date.
